Brand Partnerships & Agreement Review
Foundwell Legal was designed to work alongside creators and their managers. Our approach is collaborative: managers remain focused on building brand relationships and negotiating the commercial aspects of partnerships, while Foundwell Legal reviews the legal provisions of the agreement so creators can move forward with confidence.
Creators who do not have representation are also welcome to work with us directly. Throughout the process, we remain available to answer questions and discuss the agreement in consultation so creators clearly understand the terms before moving forward.
How It Works
Clients upload agreements through a secure portal. An attorney reviews the contract and provides:
A written summary of key terms
Identification of potential concerns
Suggested revisions where appropriate
If brands or managers provide feedback or propose revisions, we continue working with clients to review those responses and help them evaluate next steps. Clients can then move forward with a clear understanding of their rights and obligations under the agreement.
