Casey Glasser, J.D.
Founder & Attorney
Casey Glasser is the founder of Foundwell Legal. Long before starting the firm, she was surrounded by the communities she serves today. She comes from a family of entrepreneurs, and many of the people closest to her are event professionals, content creators, or work with leading brands. Their creativity, ambition, and commitment to building something of their own have been a constant source of inspiration.
As Casey built her legal career, she was continually drawn to the legal issues affecting those same communities. Before law school, she worked at an employment law firm, where she gained experience with employment and independent contractor matters. After graduating with honors from The George Washington University Law School, she joined the business law department of a top 50 global law firm. There, she worked as part of teams handling complex commercial agreements and business transactions valued in the eight figures, supporting matters from initial diligence through closing.
Over time, Casey became the person friends and family turned to with their contract questions. She eventually realized that the work she found most meaningful was helping the kinds of people she had been surrounded by all along.
Today, Casey provides contract drafting, agreement review, and practical legal guidance to event professionals, content creators, representatives, and brands. She genuinely enjoys working with people who are building businesses and careers around what they care about and is grateful to have built a practice dedicated to supporting them.
